We have had a great Thanksgiving this year. My Daughter and her husband had Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and my son and his wife had a Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday.

Matthew 3:1-12 We find here John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness saying, “Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” (Kingdom of heaven it refers to Gods rule in the world). The gospel has not changed it is still the same. If we sin we must repent. ( Repent is a decision that results in a change of heart and mind.)
Matthew 16:24-26 Jesus said, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but who ever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what profit is it to man if he gains the whole world, and loses his OWN soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul.”
One second after dead we would give it all.
The only thing will last is what we do for Christ!
Sin will take you farther then you want to go, keep you longer than you want to stay, cost you more than you want to pay. The world and some of the church world thinks you can do any thing and get to heaven.
Not true. If the word of God says it is sin then it is.
Luke 16:24 The rich man begged Abraham to sent Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool his tongue; For he was tormented in the flames of hell.
