The sower went forth to sow

A sower (the Evangelist) sowed the seed (the Word of God).

The demon spirits came along and stole the word in Luke 8:5-8

Some seeds fell up on the rocks, and could not grow, some seeds fell among thorns and  choked the word. Some seeds fell on good ground ready to receive the word.

Those that heard and bore fruit a hundredfold  changed the world.

We are still changing the world today. Our battle is between the world and what seems right or the Word of God. We need to know the Word of God is true, not what feels good or what seems good.

Luke 5:5 the disciples said to Jesus, “At your word we will let down the net.”
Hebrews 10:36 “You have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.”

Be stable and steadfast in His word.

We all have troubles in our life but we know who our deliver is. Jesus Christ!!!

DO YOU LOVE ME

John 21:15 Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, do you love me more than these?” He said to Him, :Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him, “ Feed my lambs.”

In this passage of scripture Jesus was raised from the dead and came to His disciples and found them going back to their occupation as fisherman. When He called then to follow Him He said, “ I will make you fisher’s of men.”
The disciples thought that Jesus was gone forever when He was crucified. But praise the Lord He is ALIVE for ever more!

Jesus said, “ Go into all the world and preach my gospel to ever creature.” Mark16:15
Your world may be your home, your job, the streets where ever you are tell them Jesus died for their sins.

Jesus asked Peter 3 times if he loved Him. Peter do you love me?

Do we love Jesus enough do what He said for us to do?

Better Covenant

Hebrews 2:1 therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.

If we don’t eat natural food we get weak and it is the same way with spiritual food. If we don’t read the word we will get weak spiritual. Lest we drift away, we can lose our strength our joy and have nothing to fight with. The word of God is our weapon. Hebrews 4:12 The word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The word of God cuts coming and going. We need the word of God in our Spirit.

John 10:10 Jesus said, “The thief comes to steal, and kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away!

Hebrews 8: 10 “I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts: and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”
